These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Jilivoe platform and all its services. Jilivoe is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming operator serving Bangladesh and other designated regions.

In these terms, "user", "member", or "you" refers to any individual accessing or using Jilivoe's website, app, or any related services. "Jilivoe", "we", or "the platform" refers to the entity that owns and operates Jilivoe.

• These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative.
• Jilivoe reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
• This service is not available to residents of countries where online betting is prohibited by law.

Opening an account with Jilivoe is completely free. However, the following conditions must be met to register:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Identity: You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and mobile number.
• One Account: Only one account may be opened per mobile number and national ID.
• Your Own Account: Opening an account on behalf of another person or using someone else's information is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before making a withdrawal. The following documents will be needed:

Jilivoe supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• At least one deposit must be made before a withdrawal can be processed.
• If irregular transactions are detected on an account, Jilivoe may place payments on hold while an investigation is conducted.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the applicable rollover requirements have been met.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Jilivoe. All bet types — pre-match, live, single, or multiple — are covered under these rules.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless Jilivoe voluntarily reverses it.
• Odds Change: The odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Live Betting: In Live Betting, bets accepted after an outcome has been determined due to system delays may be voided.
• Maximum Win Limit: The maximum winnings from any single bet are subject to the limits set by Jilivoe.
• Incorrect Odds: Jilivoe reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous or inconsistent.

Sport-specific rules are published separately where applicable. For cricket, results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method will be considered valid.

Jilivoe offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with its own terms, detailed on the bonus page. General bonus terms and conditions are outlined below:

• Rollover Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a 5x–20x rollover requirement, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days. Any bonus that expires within this period will be forfeited.
• Eligible Bet: Not all bets count toward a bonus rollover. Bets placed below the specified minimum odds (typically 1.50) will not be counted.
• One Bonus: Generally, more than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus Abuse: Jilivoe reserves the right to cancel bonuses and investigate accounts where bonus abuse is suspected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Anyone found engaging in them will have their account permanently closed and may face legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering using a third party's information.
• Using multiple accounts or devices to abuse bonuses.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Managing another member's account on their behalf or without their consent.

Jilivoe may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Unusual betting patterns or suspicious activity.
• At the member's own request (Self-exclusion).
• Order of a court or regulatory authority.

Members may also request to close their own account. In such cases, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

Jilivoe shall not be held liable for the following:

• Bets lost or payment delays caused by internet connection issues.
• Losses resulting from a member providing incorrect information.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment systems.
• Temporary service disruptions due to unexpected technical issues.
• Financial losses incurred by a member as a result of their betting decisions.

Jilivoe's total liability across all services shall not exceed the member's total deposits made within that calendar month.

Jilivoe reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS. Minor updates will only be reflected by an updated date on this page.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the terms, please contact our support team.
